Since birth Zak has been fostered to be an athlete. Coming from a family of professional and amateur athletes he was immersed in the weight room and boxing gym that was his garage, by way of his father. Having started team sports at the age of 6, Zak knows what it means to work cohesively to accomplish the ultimate end goal. He uses this same passion when training and coaching his clients, complete with them mentally to obtain the results they desire.

Being the oldest of 5 siblings, Zak inevitably became a natural and patient teacher. His clients would describe him as a fun and energetic coach while never letting them get away with giving anything other than their 100% effort in order to bring the absolute best out, “I believe a true Coach isn’t just someone who was a former athlete or professional trainer, but someone who is also an empathetic and compassionate person who you can talk to and who truly cares about their clients overall well being and goals”.

Combining his many years of training as both a College level athlete and background in Martial Arts, Zak taps into the spiritual and discipline side of fitness in order to give his clients healthy long-lasting habits for an overall abundant lifestyle.
