2008 Olympic Bronze Medalist Tony Jeffries competed at the highest possible level as a boxer, winning 7 British titles, several multi-national titles – including a European gold medal, and a total of 106 career fights.

Tony has been in the gym nearly every single day since he was ten, competing competitively for a total of 17 years. Unfortunately, his boxing career came to an end in 2012, when he was forced to retire as an undefeated professional due to hand injuries.

However, Tony remains active in the fitness industry, traveling the world as an international presenter and trainer, honing the skills of professional athletes, including UFC fighters, and sculpting the bodies of some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

As a personal trainer, he has had phenomenal success passing on his boxing experience to help his clients achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s weightloss, muscle toning or increased cardiovascular conditioning.

Tony’s intense style of training can be attributed to his personal experience as an elite-level athlete,

and his Olympic-style boxing workouts are thoroughly enjoyed by all his clients and Box ‘N’ Burn gym members.

As well as coaching clients and running 2 busy gyms, Tony also travels the world training other personal trainers how to teach boxing for fitness through the Box ‘N Burn Academy.

Tony also works as a technical adviser for boxing TV shows and commercials, please get in touch for more info.
