Nicole has been training and motivating her peers for over 20 years. As a multi-sport athlete (including competitive figure skating, soccer, hockey and track) she has been an assistant coach and team leader. As a nonprofit and sustainable development professional, she was a facilitator for strategic planning and team building (and constantly making her colleagues do burpees!). As a dancer, she has been a teacher and a drill coach.

Nicole found a love for boxing and kickboxing and has truly enjoyed continuing to learn in order to pass on her knowledge of form and technique. She loves helping people achieve their goals of positive transformation to increase physical as well as mental strength, stability, and agility. Nicole encourages her clients to parallel their discipline for form and technique in the choices they make outside of the gym – from nutrition to life choices and beyond.

Nicole is always happy to work with a small group looking to keep each other accountable. Or if you are taking on a fitness and wellness journey as a solo artist, she would be delighted to be your accountability team – programming your tailored workouts, pushing you to keep working, and helping you celebrate your continuous improvement.
