Moses is a strength and conditioning expert with over 15 years experience. He first studied the science of exercise programming, physiology and resistance training in order to make himself a better collegiate athlete. His desire to teach his clients and see them succeed has fueled his joy in working in the exercise and fitness industry.
He has a wide array of specializations including weight training for speed, power, and strength. His years of specialized endurance training also enable him to knowledgeably incorporate cardiovascular conditioning into his programming.
Moses genuinely enjoys seeing the improvement of his clients and works consistently at getting them toward realizing their potential. Through his ever evolving fitness focus he has researched much of the current nutritional science in order to maximize general health and fitness.
