Born in Quezon City, Philippines, Mark grew up in the suburbs of Boston and from as young as he can remember, has always had a passion for staying active & playing sports.
After graduating with a B.S in Exercise Science from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, participating in collegiate Track & Field in both the 200, 400 meters & both 200/400 meter relays, and training in group & private settings, Mark’s main focus of training is sport & fitness, functional training and weight loss.
Mark’s goal is to help you develop a fitness routine that will help you feel CONFIDENT and COMFORTABLE in the clothes you put on daily. Along with mastering your mindset for inside & outside the gym.
He will make sure you are challenged with every workout and help bring out the best in you so you can be your best outside of the gym.
Mark has always been a huge Manny Pacquiao fan & started boxing 3 years ago when starting a new job in kickboxing. As soon as he punched the bag he knew this is the exact workout that he loves. After that he dove into the boxing for fitness world & is eager to share his love & passion with the world.
