After suffering an injury that forced him to retire from playing pro soccer, (playing for elite English football teams Everton FC and Derby County FC), he decided to bring his vast knowledge and experience as a pro-athlete and Master Personal Trainer to Los Angeles.

 

Sessions with Stephen are unique and diverse, his individualized programs include functional training, strength training, speed, agility, conditioning drills, boxing for fitness, and nutrition coaching, all catered to your personal goals and needs.
