Nicole has been training and motivating her peers since high school as an athlete who loved to lift and work on conditioning to improve overall performance. As an athlete in several sports (including competitive figure skating, soccer, hockey, and track), she has been an assistant coach and team leader. As a nonprofit and sustainable development professional, she was a facilitator for strategic planning and team building (and constantly making her colleagues do burpees!). As a dancer, she has been a teacher and a drill coach.
Nicole found a love for boxing and kickboxing as a way to de-stress in graduate school, and has continued to work on building those skills ever since. She truly enjoys continuing to learn in order to pass on her knowledge of form and technique; and loves helping people achieve their goals of positive transformation. She is extremely aware of the link between mental and physical strength, stability, and agility, and encourages her clients to parallel their discipline in form and technique in the choices they make outside of the gym – from nutrition to career moves and beyond.
Nicole is always happy to work with a small group as she knows having a team to keep you accountable and keep pushing you can be key. And if you are taking on that journey as a solo artist, she would be delighted to be your accountability team – programming your tailored workouts, pushing you to keep working, and helping you celebrate your continuous improvement.
